When PCI Redaction for Zendesk Talk scans a call recording it places a copy of the recording in a comment in the ticket. This comment contains one of the following messages:
[Redacted possible PCI data in this recording]
or
[Scanned this recording for PCI data]
You can paste these messages into the search box in Zendesk to find all the comments by PCI Redaction for Zendesk Talk.
If you require workflows for redaction or / and non-detection of PCI in English, you can create custom Zendesk Triggers accordingly.
