Suspending PCI Redaction for Zendesk Talk
Removing all users from the Zendesk Group with Group name 'PCI Call Redaction' - and from any other Zendesk Groups associated with the application and its Zendesk trigger - will prevent any further billing, whilst leaving the app itself available if you intend to potentially use the app in again at a later date.

Uninstalling PCI Redaction for Zendesk Talk
You can uninstall the app at any time, which you can do in your Zendesk under Admin – Apps – Manage. The PCI Redaction service is directly integrated with Zendesk, so uninstalling the app automatically cancels the service.

Once uninstalled, we also then recommend deleting the Zendesk Group with Group name 'PCI Call Redaction' to avoid any potential confusion as to whether the app is still available.
