We operate an email only helpdesk via Zendesk to help you with any issues you might have.

First, please try our Knowledge base at https://support.meetmyna.com where we try to answer all of the most common issues or questions you might have.

If that doesn't work, please submit a support ticket at https://support.meetmyna.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

You can also email at support@meetmyna.com although this will end up in the same place :-)

Our support hours are 9.30 to 5.30 UK time (generally +8 PST and +5 EST), and you can expect to hear back from a person within one working day
