You can use the Myna Zapier Integration to send us your audio and video files from your OneDrive account to turn them into SmartTranscripts.
Prerequisites:
- Myna account
- Zapier account
- OneDrive account
- Myna connected to Dropbox (Optional)
Connect OneDrive to Zapier
Follow the following steps to give Zapier access to your OneDrive files:
Login to your Zapier account then click on My Apps in your dashboard
Click on Add Connection
Search for OneDrive then select it from the list
Sign into your OneDrive account
Your OneDrive account should now be connected.
Create a Zap
Follow these steps to create a Zap that sends the file details from your OneDrive account to Myna:
Click on MAKE A ZAP
Trigger
Enter a name for your Zap then search for OneDrive under Choose App & Event in Trigger
Select New File under Trigger Event then click CONTINUE
Choose the account you connected to for OneDrive under OneDrive account then click CONTINUE
Select the Folder you would like to use to send files to Myna then click CONTINUE
Click Test trigger to make sure the connection to OneDrive is successful. If you have no files in the folder chosen then you can click Skip test to continue setting up the Zap.
Action
Search for Myna then select it in Choose App & Event for Action
Click CONTINUE after making sure Action Event is set to Send File To Myna
Click on Sign in to Myna and login with your Myna credentials
Click CONTINUE
Select File Name from the dropdown list for File Name. This is the name of the file you are sending to Myna from OneDrive. The SmartTranscript you receive will have the file name as the meeting title.
Select Download URL from the dropdown list for File DownloadURL. This is the file's download link from OneDrive that has the temporary access which Myna will receive to be able to download and process your recording. Click Show all options if you don't see it in the default list.
File URL is optional. This is the file URL from OneDrive that will be sent to Myna and used for streaming in the SmartTranscript. If this is not provided then the Audio/Video file will be sent to your default cloud storage provider (like Dropbox) configured in your Myna account.
Click CONTINUE
Click TEST & CONTINUE to make sure everything is setup correctly.
Click TURN ON ZAP if the test was successful
Zapier will now send Myna your file details for processing whenever you add a new audio or video file in the folder selected for OneDrive.
