The first thing that you have to do is connect your Microsoft Business account to Myna.
- Login to https://app.meetmyna.com
- Click on My Apps on the left hand side
- Click on Connect to Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for Business. Make sure you are connecting your Business account and not your Personal account - in case you have multiple accounts

Usage
Microsoft Teams
Once connected we will receive the audio and video files from all the Microsoft Teams Channels that you have access to. The calls from the Microsoft Teams Channels are saved in the Team/Channel name > Documents > General > Recordings
If you have chosen to save the SmartTranscript into Microsoft Business in Preferences then the SmartTranscript will be uploaded to Team/Channel name > Documents > General > Recordings > Myna
The email sent when the SmartTranscript is available will be delivered to the Teams Channel for every member to see.
OneDrive
Once connected we will receive your audio and video files that are saved under My files > Recordings
These include the one-on-one calls made in Microsoft Teams.
You can also setup the Myna Recorder to save the file into that folder to be automatically sent to us. For more info on how to set it up check https://support.meetmyna.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014559959-Setting-up-the-Myna-Recording-App (Recording paths).
If you have chosen to save the SmartTranscript into Microsoft Business in Preferences then the SmartTranscript will be uploaded to My files > Recordings > Myna
