How to Download and Install Myna

Getting Access

Myna is currently in beta. To get access, apply at meetmyna.com/download. You will receive a download link once approved.

Installation Steps

1. Download the installer from the link provided in your welcome email.
2. Run the installer — no administrator rights are required. Myna installs to your user directory.
3. Myna will appear in your system tray (bottom-right of your taskbar) once installation is complete.
4. Click the Myna icon in the system tray to open the main window.

What Gets Installed

• The Myna application
• The base Whisper model (~150 MB) for transcription — included in the installer, no separate download needed
• A system tray icon for quick access and background recording

14-Day Pro Trial

Every new installation comes with a 14-day free trial of all Pro features, including transcription, AI summaries, and calendar integration. No credit card required.

After the trial, you can continue using Myna for free (recording only) or upgrade to Pro for full features.
