Connecting Google Calendar

How to Connect

1. Open Myna and go to Settings > Calendar.
2. Click Connect Google.
3. A browser window will open with the Google OAuth consent screen.
4. Sign in with your Google account and grant Myna read-only access to your calendar.
5. The browser will redirect back and your calendar will appear as connected in Myna.

What Myna Can Access

Myna requests read-only access to your calendar. It can:

• See your upcoming events (title, time, attendees)
• Match events with detected meetings to auto-name recordings

Myna cannot create, edit, or delete calendar events.

Multiple Accounts

You can connect multiple Google accounts. Repeat the connection process for each account. All connected calendars will be used for meeting detection.

Disconnecting

To disconnect your Google Calendar, go to Settings > Calendar and click Disconnect next to the account you want to remove. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.
