Getting Started with Myna
Get up and running with Myna in four simple steps:
Step 1: Make Your First Recording
Click the Record button in the main window, or use the system tray menu. Myna captures both your system audio (what you hear) and your microphone (what you say) as separate tracks.
Step 2: Stop and Transcribe
When your meeting or call ends, click Stop. Myna will automatically begin transcribing the recording in the background. You can continue using your computer while transcription runs.
Step 3: Review Your Transcript
Once transcription is complete, open the recording to see your full transcript with speaker labels and timestamps. Click any line in the transcript to jump to that point in the audio.
Step 4: Connect Your Calendar (Optional)
Go to Settings > Calendar to connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365. Myna will match recordings to your scheduled meetings and can auto-detect when calls begin.
